I was having trouble with my garage door. It was stuck shut. I have recently relocated back to Shreveport and didn't know who to call. My Sister highly recommended AAA Door Repair and sent me their contact info. She had an issue with her garage door about a year ago and had lots of nice things to say about their service and professionalism. I can now recommend AAA Door Repair to others needing help with their garage door. I made the call this morning around 10:00 am and they were able to come today and fix my door quickly.

AAA Garage Door Repair was very quick and efficient. The spring on the garage broke in half last night and they came out the next day to repair it. They arrived about 10:50am and were finished within 30-45 minutes of arriving. They were very pleasant. I would recommend any one to contact them for their garage door needs. 10/10

We are very pleased with the garage door repair completed by AAA Door Repair. It’s always disconcerting when a garage door cannot be opened, and a broken spring at 3:40 on a Monday afternoon usually dictates an appointment another day. AAA arrived at my garage door within one-half hour and two door springs were replaced by 5 PM. Other structural problems were also addressed, and now I have a renovated and improved door that could weather a hurricane, or another ice storm. All this was accomplished at a reasonable cost, with expert diagnosis and skill. We also have peace of mind that our door will function for many more years!
We have gotten AAA Door Repair to service our Sommer Brand garage door several times…..springs replaced and repair of door due to a car backing out before the door fully opened. Over the ice storm of January 2026, the unit stopped working. I texted them on a Sunday to see if they could work us in this week and Shane said they could be Monday afternoon. They had the new unit installed within 2 hours. Shane, Toby, and Mike all worked like a “pit-crew’ getting things removed and installed. We are very appreciative of their work and reasonable pricing.
